A: There are two current policies: 1) Policy - Data Privacy - for Members of the Public; and 2) Policy - Data Privacy - Subject of Data.

  • Administration Administrative head of the county and is responsible for the overall management of county operations and for carrying out all decisions, policies, ordinances and resolutions of the Board of Commissioners
  • Assessor Property assessments, Classifications, Homesteads, Property sales, Exempt properties
  • Auditor-Treasurer Birth, Death and Marriage certificates
  • Correctional Services Probation
  • Elections Administrating local elections
  • Environmental Services Zoning (Ordinance and Land Use Permits), Septic Systems, Feedlots, Solid Waste Regulation and Recycling, as well as Water Planning and Floodplain Management in Mower County
  • Finance Financial records, Audit, Accounts Payable, Budget
